Redesigned the insurance claims journey to reduce confusion during high-stress moments.

 

Focused on improving information architecture, simplifying navigation, and helping customers quickly understand the next steps during lodgement and while managing their claim.

NRMA introduced telematics into its insurance app to help customers understand their driving behaviour and improve their habits behind the wheel.

The initiative was inspired by the success of telematics within another IAG brand, Rollin. However, adapting the experience for NRMA required rethinking how telematics would work within a traditional insurance ecosystem.

Loyalty Relaunch

Led design initiatives for NRMA’s Customer Loyalty Program to strengthen member engagement and recognition. Designed features that highlighted member benefits and created more meaningful interactions between customers and the brand.
